The last Romancecar to Hakone-Yumoto leaves Shinjuku in the early evening, long before the last flights land at Haneda - if you arrive late in the day you cannot reach Hakone by Romancecar the same day, and should plan a night in Tokyo or Odawara instead. The Romancecar is fully reserved, so buy the limited express ticket before you board.
